Ingredients: Glucose syrup, inverted sugar syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, natural flavorings, ethyl alcohol, modified starch, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans, coloring: plant carotenes
Applications: Used to flavor gelato, ice cream, cakes, mousse, fillings, and semifreddo.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72ºF, 20-22ºC) Stir well before each use. Protect from light and heat. Dosage: 40-50 g/ each kg of gelato base 40-50 g/ each kg for pastry products.
