Customer Service Team

We are a force to be reckoned with. We are the first contact with the customer.  Our day to day interactions include order processing, problem solving, and providing product information. We troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, coordinate with shipping and logistics to ensure timely delivery. Our team also handles returns and exchanges.  Additionally, we are responsible for billing and invoicing our customers in a timely manner. Our goal is to shape a holistic experience and help craft positive and meaningful experiences with Paris Gourmet.

Warehouse Team

Our dedicated warehouse staff is a diverse group representing countries and cultures from all over the world. Their commitment to Paris Gourmet's success is evident in their daily service to customers both locally and across the country. From the order selector to delivery drivers and everyone in between, they all strive to produce quality results with a common goal in mind--we all succeed together. Accounting Team

The Accounting Team is made up of Accounting, IT and Project Management. Below highlights their contributions to the overall operations and success of our organization.

Accounting Team:
Our accounting team is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. On a daily basis, they record and reconcile transactions, process invoices, handle payroll, monitor cash flow, and provide financial analysis to support decision-making.

IT Manager:
Our IT Manager is dedicated to maintaining and supporting our organization's technology infrastructure. Daily responsibilities include monitoring network and system performance, addressing technical issues, implementing cybersecurity measures, providing user support, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and applications. Additionally, collaborates with other teams to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.

Project Manager:
The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects across the organization. Daily activities involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting project timelines and milestones, allocating resources, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are completed within the defined scope, budget, and timeline. Facilitates communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved.

Purchasing Team

 

The Purchasing team procures new products following culinary trends and customer needs. They make sure the company's sales goals are met by managing the supply chain, inventory, vendor negotiations and vendor partnerships.

Sales Team

The Tri State account executive team is a dynamic force specializing in forging connections and driving sales within the bustling culinary landscape of restaurants, hotels, caterers, and bakeries. Their modus operandi involves hitting the streets, engaging with chefs, and building relationships with business owners. They gracefully traverse the varied landscape of New York City's culinary world, moving seamlessly from the vibrant kitchens of high-end eateries to the welcoming atmosphere of neighborhood bakeries.

Beyond traditional sales pitches, the team thrives in the realm of casual events and gatherings, where they have the opportunity to cultivate deep relationships with industry professionals. Whether it's a networking event, a food expo, or a culinary workshop, they seize every chance to connect with potential clients and showcase the value of their products.

This team thrives on staying in tune with the pulse of the industry, actively participating in events and gatherings to stay ahead of trends and maintain a competitive edge. Their proactive approach ensures they're not just selling products but also building enduring partnerships within the vibrant tapestry of the Tri State's culinary community.

The national sales team is responsible for Paris Gourmet's 180 distributors in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.  Restaurants, manufacturers, cruise ships, grocery stores, casinos and bakeries access Paris Gourmet products through our  distribution network.  Our Territory Managers and Chefs help distributors develop their product line, train their sales staff, provide technical consultations, and serve as a liaison to other Paris Gourmet departments.  In addition they spend time actively developing customers for our distributors.  Paris Gourmet's Territory Managers  have extensive experience in the specialty food industry and our chefs have worked in prestigious kitchens all over the United States. Our team has a substantial network allowing Paris Gourmet to open doors at establishments across the country.  Our team travels extensively and we hope to see you in the near future.
