Raclette is a semi-hard cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk. After a minimum of 8 weeks maturation, the cheese has a thin rind whose hue can vary from golden to light brown with some grey spots. The cheese melts in the mouth with a fruity flavor, buttery taste. The dairy farms are located in the heart of Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park in Auvergne. French raclette cheese is creamier and also stronger than the Swiss raclette. The perfect melting cheese for classic raclette grill or fondue.
