Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72ºF, 20-22ºC). Dissolve 100 g. in 700 g. of water to obtain 800 g. of liquid egg whites (an amount equivalent to the whites of 25 whole eggs). Before use, allow the mixture to stand to be sure that all of the water is completely absorbed.
