Applications: Used as a finishing spray for pastries.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72ผF, 20-22ผC). Ready to use. Shake spray vigorously and briefly before use. Hold can upside-down with nozzle facing downwards and spray directly onto the hot pastry as required. Allow to dry briefly.
