Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Stabilizer: Glycerin; Thickening Agent: Pectin, Preservatives: Potassium Sorbate, Natural Flavor, Acidity Regulator: citric Acid, coloring plant. Extracts: paprika, curcuma. Propellant: nitrogen.
Applications: Used as a finishing spray for pastries.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72ºF, 20-22ºC). Ready to use. Shake spray vigorously and briefly before use. Hold can upside-down with nozzle facing downwards and spray directly onto the hot pastry as required. Allow to dry briefly.
