Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72ºF, 20-22ºC) Heat simple syrup to 70ºC (158ºF). Dip babas until softened. Drain on a grid. Fill plastic cups 1/3 with rum. Place babas in cups. Decorate to finish.
