Ingredients: Wheat flour, unsalted butter, whole egg, water, sugar, milk, brown sugar, yeast, cinnamon, pastry cream (sugar, modified starch, maltodextrine, skim milk powder, alginate, salt, flavor, carotene), dough conditioner (wheat flour, datem,ascorbic acid, enzymes), salt. contains: wheat, egg and milk.
Applications: Used for retail sales, buffets, breakfast, room service, and coffee service.
Storage Conditions: Frozen. Fully defrost before baking. Bake at 370°F until cooked thoroughly to 165°F and golden brown, approximately 12 minutes. Baking time is approximate and based upon the use of a rotary rack oven. After the product is baked and completely cooled, if the center of the product is not fully cooked even though the outside is golden brown, you'll need to lower your oven temperature and increase the cooking time.
