Powdered mix to prepare tiramisu.
10 lb. cardboard carton | 1 carton per case
Ingredients: Maltodextrin, sweet cream powder,sugar, food starch- modified, emulsifier (mono-and diglycerides of edible fatty acids [includinglactic acid] with propylene glycol mono- anddiesters of fats and fatty acids , corn syrupsolids, soy flour), natural cheese flavor.
Applications: Used to make tiramisu cream mix.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72ºF, 20-22ºC). Protect from light and heat. Combine 1 lb of Tiramisu mix with 3.5 lb of heavy cream. In a mixing bowl using the whisk attachment, mix for 30 seconds on low speed, scrape down the sides of the bowl, and continue on high speed until soft peaks form (about three minutes). Finish as desired.
