Ingredients: Dried egg whites (with sodium lauryl sulfate), sugar, xanthan gum, sodium alginate blend (sodium alginate, calcium sulfate, sodium diphosphate, sugar and/or dextrose), cellulose gum, calcium citrate, citric acid, wheat starch.
Applications: Used for meringues, coconut macaroons, and all kinds of egg white mixtures.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72ผF, 20-22ผC). Dissolve 100g of Meringue Powder in 1000g of water. Whip into classic meringue.
