An authentic, French-recipe ham. All-natural and delicious. Made from selected premium quality fresh pork legs. Recipes are free from chemical coloring or polyphosphates. They are slow-cooked in their own juices. Fully cooked. Boneless hams are brined in tumblers. Packed and molded in plastic bags and slowly cooked in steam ovens. Once cooled, they are drained and repackaged.
