Directions for adding directly to recipe WITHOUT pre-hydration: Add measured Italgel Fast to liquid with a temperature of 30°C/86°F or above while stirring with a whisk. Directions for using WITH pre-hydration: Mix pre-hydrated Italgel Fast with warm liquid (30°C/86°F) using a whisk before adding to the other ingredients.
