Whipped Cream Stabilizer per liter of heavy cream Sweetened Whipped Cream: Combine Whipped Cream Stabilizer with sugar and add to heavy cream prior to whipping. Unsweetened Whipped Cream: Sprinkle over whipped cream after whipping is 90% complete.
