Ingredients: Glucose syrup; sugar; palm fat; emulsifier acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; modified starch; cocoa butter; milk protein; skimmed milk powder; gelling agent sodium alginate; acidity regulators diphosphates, calcium acetate and calcium sulphate; coloring food carrot extract; natural flavoring.
Applications: To produce tortes and cakes and for the production of mousse desserts. Requires between 4-6 minutes of whipping.
