Our artisan waffles are made with yeasted dough and not a liquid batter. The other secret is the European pearl sugar folded into the dough. While melting during the baking process, it gives our authentic Liège waffle its unique caramelized and crunchy texture. The yeast produces not only an irresistible depth of flavor, but a huge amount of rise to make the batter lighter and more tender inside. Fully cooked, and ready to eat. You can also pop them in the oven to warm them up a little. The waffles taste great on their own, we encourage you to get creative with different toppings. From breakfast through lunch, ending with dessert, there are plenty of moments to enjoy a delicious Bon Patissier waffle.
