Ingredients: Oil and fats 80% (palm/sunflower/soy). partially hydrogenated fats (palm), water, emulsifiers:mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, acidity corrector citric acid, potassium sorbate, flavorings, annatto colorings.
Applications: Used as an ingredient for laminated doughs.
Ready to use at 18˚C-24˚C / 65˚F-75˚F. Melting Point: 49˚C/120˚F. Storage: 21˚C/70˚F. Never freeze.
