Brand Specialist will be assigned brand(s) grouped by common product categories in foodservice.
Expert level knowledge and experience concerning the products and practices of the products included in the brand(s) is required.
Language: native level English, speaking and writing. Additional languages helpful.
Role Activities
Works in collaboration with sales territory managers who provide full commercial and logistical support to accounts.
Attends and represents their brand(s) at trade shows and distributor shows.
Works in collaboration with chef technician team to organize and execute demonstrations within their brand for end users and distributor sales teams.
Works with sales managers and sales team members to organize and execute sales promotions, marketing campaigns and special deals.
Works in collaboration with marketing team to develop POS materials, slide decks, social media posts, and branded merchandise and swag.
Advises on additional new products to help brand growth and sales.
Trains inhouse and distributor sales staff on brand products and brand identity.
Work Requirements
Travel: about 7 away nights per month (most months: two weeks in national markets; one week in NY tristate market with account executives, distributors, and end user accounts; one week in office.)
Lives within 30 minutes or 30 miles of Paris Gourmet Carlstadt.
When not travelling, this role is 100% in office. No remote option available.
