The [2025 Bocuse d’Or Final](https://www.bocusedor.com/en) took place on **January 26–27, 2025**, in Lyon, where chefs from around the world presented two elaborate dishes under tight time constraints: a “platter” course and a plated plate.After intense judging, **Chef Paul Marcon (France)** and his commis **Camille Pigot** were crowned the winners of the 2025 edition.
