Since outdoor dining in NYC became permanent, restaurant owners now have to think outside the box to battle the weather. Cafe du Soleil’s solution? Space Bubbles. Eighteen space bubbles, which can accommodate 2-6 persons each, have taken over this restaurant’s sidewalk and now diners can enjoy their meal regardless of Mother Nature’s plans.
