Beurremont 80% is a sweet cream American-style butter.  The cream is not aged and does not have cultures added to it.  The butter has a sweeter flavor without the dairy tang present in cultured products.  The legal standard for butter in the U.S. specifies a minimum of 80% butterfat.  Beurremont 80% is in the distinct green wrapper.
